I have swam 1 mile two of the last 3 days in the pool and I must say I am really starting to enjoy it and getting a lot better. I need to work on my speed a little bit and i know if i can stay consistent and have the endurance to get through it all I will be good once race day gets here but I am glad that swimming is getting better.
I dropped off my new pedals and shoes yesterday at the bike shop to have them setup and I pick it up after work. Now i need to learn to clip in and clip out so i don't fall on my face. I will keep you posted.
